2. Voice & Audio Data Processing
When you use voice recording features, audio files are processed in real-time by our natural language understanding engine to extract transaction amounts, merchant names, and categories. Audio clips are securely processed and never shared with advertisers.

All user records and financial logs are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using bank-grade AES 256-bit encryption algorithms. We enforce strict role-based access control across all database layers.

4. No Direct Bank Credential Requirement
MyMoneyIntel does not require you to link direct bank account credentials to manage budgets and expenses, ensuring maximum account isolation and security.

You retain 100% ownership of your data. You may request an export of your financial records in CSV/PDF format or permanent account and data deletion at any time via support@mymoneyintel.com.
