By creating an account or accessing MyMoneyIntel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. AI Financial Co-Pilot Disclaimer

MyMoneyIntel provides automated financial management, budgeting calculations, categorization, and analytical insights for informational purposes. MyMoneyIntel is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or depository institution.

3. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and device authentication. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized account activity.

4. Subscriptions & Premium Features

Certain advanced features (e.g. multi-currency wallets, team budgeting, unlimited voice queries) may require a paid Pro or Business plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms periodically, with active users notified of significant changes.
